Dindi Wild + Free Co have just begun our Free Wildschool in Murrindindi! This is a weekly gather for local homeschooling families and is a Christian friendly group of all ages from littles to teens.
Our first gather was a blast! We got together for free play at our local Wetlands as we wondered around along the boardwalks and trails, among the reeds, giant gums and wildflowers.
We made bird feeders and strolled by the billabong while some of the children climbed trees and others took to bird watching. This group is intended to be a time and place for families to relax together while fostering an appreciation for natural sciences, the great outdoors and wilderness.
